Anatoliy is a member of Reed Smith’s Corporate & Transactional Advisory Group. His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, emerging company/venture capital transactions, private equity transactions, financing transactions, corporate formation, and general corporate governance issues.
Anatoliy previously worked in a business development role with RideCharge Inc., the parent company of Curb, Taxi Magic, Sedan Magic, and AlephGlobal, which raised $40 million with significant travel industry backing from Verifone, Concur Technologies, TransDev, and others.
Anatoliy enjoys assisting entrepreneurs in building successful companies, and is experienced in business development, brand development, sales, and capital raising. He is an active member of the New York City technology scene, an advisor to several emerging companies based in New York City, and a member of the Advisory Council for Entrepreneurship at Cornell.
Also, Anatoliy is an avid Chelsea FC fan, is captain of a winning soccer team, and spends too much time looking through investor decks.
